Lists of the month (35 pts Trollbloods)

So today i present you a list i just played  tonight against Khador, with relative success.

System: Hordes
Faction: Trollblood
Casters: 1/1
Points: 35/35
Grissel Bloodsong, Marshal of the Kriels (*6pts)
* Troll Impaler (5pts)
* Dire Troll Bomber (10pts)
Krielstone Bearer and 5 Stone Scribes (4pts)
Trollkin Champions (Leader and 4 Grunts) (10pts)
* Skaldi Bonehammer (3pts)
Trollkin Long Riders (Leader and 2 Grunts) (7pts)
Troll Whelps (2pts)

First, lets look at eGrissel. I personally love her. Her spell aren't that most impressive (well, except the difficult terrain bubble), but her shooting can turn an ugly matchup into something more manageable. I rarely not shoot with her when in range, and with her 6 fury, that's 3 fury for inhospitable ground, and 3 for her shooting, which is not bad at all.

 For the warbeast, i think its a pretty standard combo ; Impaler and Bomber. Impaler boost range early in game to either Grissel or Bomber (depending on placement), and take pot shot later in game. I frankly never really used any other warbeast extensively enough to know if the other are good, but i think this one is golden, either with eGrissel or a Bomber/Blitzer.

The Bomber is pretty nice. I used to try the Mauler which is very good with his animus, but i think the bomber bring more to the table with his 2 pie plate at 12" when boosted.

The Krielstone bearer are a must now. When used with Champions, they make them simply amazing. Arm 20 on a 8 box models is just too good... even when those five model cost 14 in the end. Skaldi is mainly there for his counter charge, and his ability to give pathfinder when charging. He's pretty much the only thing i'd reconsider on the list.

The Long Riders are used to deal with just about anything as they are both resilient and hitty.

The whelps, well because they can do so much to help manage the beast and make them survive that i'd be stupid not to include them.

So there's my first list i'm confident in since i started WarmaHordes.
